Program Details
- Poomsae Class: Specialized classes are conducted to delve deep into complex forms and techniques. These sessions are designed to challenge and inspire excellence.
- Personalized Coaching: Members receive one-to-one coaching sessions to focus on individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Sparring Class: These classes are designed to use the sport of Taekwondo for the purposes of self-defense and competition. Students will learn to overcome anxiety and fear by implementing and sticking to strategies when a dangerous situation comes.
How to Join
